CHRIS BENSON | Owner
Chris Benson has been building custom PC systems and providing troubleshooting and consulting services for over 15 years. His area of expertise centers on the capabilities, configuration, and troubleshooting of a wide variety of operating systems and has a deep knowledge in all kinds of software.
In his role as a senior software engineer for Symantec Corporation, from 1997-2003, he worked on a wide range of products, including Norton AntiVirus, Symantec AntiVirus for Domino (Lotus Notes), and Norton AntiVirus for Firewalls and E-Mail Gateways. He is an expert in the trojan/spyware/virus area, including detection, repair, and infection-prevention strategies.
GREG CLARK | General Manager
Greg Clark has been working in the industry for over 15 years, with a wide variety of experience from basic troubleshooting to coordinating quality assurance programs for major projects at industry leading companies. He is highly proficient in all Windows operating systems from 3.0 to Windows 7, and he knows the machines inside and out.
As a Microsoft Certified Professional with a CompTIA A+ technical certification and experience in all facets of computers; from coding basic tools, web design, running software quality assurance departments, and building literally hundreds of computers, his background provides a solid base of knowledge to draw from in order to quickly determine the root cause of your problem and implement a solution.

As a project designer for a major retailer providing superior customer service for many years, Juan attended a technical school where he earned an Associates Degree in Computer Network Systems in 2002 and a Bachelor's Degree in Data Communications Systems Technology in 2004.
Since joining GeeksAKnockin' he has been actively responding to events and alerts generated by our managed computers such as system crashes, virus threats, and other hardware and software errors by analyzing and recommending a solution. Juan makes sure that every machine is optimized for a better user experience and that all systems are up to date with the latest system patches from Microsoft and other software vendors.

Chris C has many years of experience in both the Technology and Customer Service industries. He discovered his love of technology at a very early age and to this day, is always keeping up with the latest developments in the world of silicon and electrons.
He is a CompTIA A+ Certified Technician and is currently preparing for his Network+, Security+ and MSCE Certifications as well as working towards his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems. He has built dozens of computers and set up countless wired and wireless networks over the years. Chris also makes it his personal mission to keep his eye on the latest virus and security news in order to better protect your PC against these threats.
